Aim: Good technique equals maximum results. Combine Classical Cardio Intro 1 or 2 and Barre Technique 2, followed by Pure Stretch

Aim: Toned and elegance limbs: Tendue and Tone followed by Ballerina Back and Arms

Day 4
Aim: Burn calories fast and start to reveal the long lengthened muscle definition you are creating. Warm up with Classical Cardio Intro 2, follow by New Cardio Ballet Blast. Finish with Pure Stretch.

Aim: Total body tuning. New Ballet Bootcamp out this week!

Day 6
Aim: Perfect limbs: Your choice of New Perfect Pro Legs followed by Ballerina Back and Arms

Day 7
Aim: Core tone and strength. New Core Adage and New Dancer Refined Abs.

Day 8
Feel the firming! Ballet bootcamp 1 or 2 or your favourite Sleek workout to finish
