Free Workout Plan

Day 1

Sleek Ballet Bootcamp Workout (43 min)

Aim: Tone your upper body, core and legs with this full body workout that will burn lots of calories.

Day 2

Sleek Body Sculpting Barre Workout (15 min) and Sleek Ballerina Stretch Workout (4 min)

Aim: Fire up your quads, glutes and calves with Sleek Body Sculpting Barre, a lower body workout that will give you dancer legs in no time. Follow it up with Sleek Ballerina Stretch to restore flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.

Day 3

Sleek Ballet Bootcamp Encore Workout (41 min)

Aim: Burn calories and sculpt your entire body head to toe with this high-octane, ballet-based workout.

Day 4

Baby Sleek Technique Barre Workout (14 min) and Sleek Ballerina Stretch Workout (4 min)

Aim: Although this barre workout was designed for pregnancy and postpartum fitness it will sculpt and tone your lower body even if you aren’t expecting a little one. Follow it up with Sleek Ballerina Stretch to restore flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.

Day 5

Sleek Ballet Bootcamp Workout (43 min) OR Sleek Ballet Bootcamp Encore Workout (41 min)

Aim: Choose your favourite bootcamp for your workout today. This time around work on perfecting your technique. Remember to keep your shoulders rolled back and down, to pull your abs in while lengthening your spine and to turn out from your hips not your knees.

Day 6

Sleek Body Sculpting Barre Workout (15 min) OR Baby Sleek Technique Barre Workout (14 min) and Sleek Ballerina Stretch Workout (4 min)

Aim: Choose your favourite barre workout today. Focus on keeping a light touch on the bar and try to take your hands off the bar completely every now and then to see how your balance is doing. Follow it up with Sleek Ballerina Stretch to restore flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.

Day 7

Rest day. If you like, you may choose to do the Sleek Ballerina Stretch workout to keep your muscles flexible and your joints mobile.
