How I started Sleeking

I have been teaching Sleek since I worked with Victoria and Flik on their first Ballet Bootcamp campaign with Sweaty Betty back in 2014. As as a professional ballet dancer I loved how closely their method followed the authentic technique of classical ballet and how it made my body feel. I now instruct live online Sleek classes from my home studio every week to Sleekers all over the globe. MONDAY:

NEW Sleek Warm Up followed by Barre Technique and Burn– a great workout to get you fired up for the week ahead. Your legs will feel beautifully worked by the end as well as your arms and core.

TUESDAY:

Sleek Ballet Bootcamp 4– 26 minutes and you will feel worked all over and get that cardio kick.

WEDNESDAY:

Dancer Refined Abs 7– A perfect mid-week dancing treat! A compact 15 mins

THURSDAY:

Cardio Ballet Blast 2– one of my favourite for a cardio kick. You will burn lots of calories standing and on the mat in just 20 mins. Finish with NEW Cool Down & Stretch

FRIDAY:

Ballerina Back and Arms 6– a beautifully classical workout. Working on the upper body but you will get a good sweat on!

SATURDAY:

Sleek Ballet Bootcamp 6– very balletic, will feel very worked by the end and just 16 minutes.

SUNDAY:

My top tip to step it up!

Add New Cardio Ballet Blast- a short 10 minute workout but brilliant for the metabolism and a little challenge for the brain too! If you are feeling particularly energetic tag this little cardio blast onto a lighter day.
