Hello, I am Tatiana. Many of you know how important fitness is to me. I want to look and feel my best at all times and as we only get one body, we should treat it with kindness and respect.
Finding the right workout can be tricky. I’m always looking for new ways to enhance my workouts and make exercise fun and interactive. I recently went looking for a way to bring ballet into my workouts – as a child, I was a ballet dancer and so, ballet has always held a special place in my heart.
In the past I’ve found that a lot of workout methods seem to be designed for men’s bodies and then simply adapted for women, meaning they are high impact on the joints and end up giving a bulky appearance to muscles. As a woman, I want to be strong yet still feminine, poised and elegant.
