Sculpt your body in express time with a series of workouts designed to hit every part of your body, burn fat and achieve total tone fast! The key to sticking with a good programme is removing the obstacle we sight for NOT working out. Do you get bored of general fitness sessions? Find them monotonous? Do you lack time or get disheartened when you don’t see results fast? If so this programme is for you!

Sleek Sculpt & Sweat is enjoyable, varied, time-efficient and effective. You will be working out little and often with a broad range of movement and a balanced focus on every area of your body (including regular stretching to improve muscle length and prevent injuries). All 6 workouts are available on our founding site and our new sleekballetfitness.com site and app.

Follow the daily guide below. These short but powerful mini sessions are perfectly blended for beautiful body shaping, fat burn and tone.


*This 3 week/21-day programme can be repeated more than once.
*Aim for no more than 2 rest or low-level workout days in any 7 day period.
*Rest days should preferably not be consecutive.

Day 1 – Up your Game and Burn Again!
5 min Cardio x 2 back to back + Sleek Zen or Full Body Feel Good Stretch

Day 2 – Full Body Switch it Up
Sassy – Sculpt & Sweat
Total Time 17 mins

Day 3 – Core Burn and Lengthen
